We've structured our economies to run so that one person is trained to do one thing really really well. That productivity format demonstrated how effective it is to let people become experts at what they do. But, that has led to siloing.

Until we figure out how to break those silos down, we're going to have problems. Andrew talks about this in real estate, efficiency in operations and in managing costs, and so much more in this discussion. He says we've come so far but we have a ways to go.
